class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nuestro primer proyecto piloto es la implementaci\u00f3n de un piloto sobre el Programa para la\u00a0formaci\u00f3n de alumnos\/as l\u00edderes monitores de educaci\u00f3n emocional\u00a0en el Colegio Josefina Gana de Johnson de la Protector de la Infancia, en la comuna de Puente Alto, Regi\u00f3n Metropolitana de Chile. El programa tiene como objetivo preparar a un grupo de estudiantes y sus profesores en el desarrollo de habilidades de liderazgo grupal para implementar en el aula un recurso did\u00e1ctico de educaci\u00f3n emocional. El recurso, llamado \u201cLa emoci\u00f3n de aprender\u201d fue donado al establecimiento por nuestra fundaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La aspiraci\u00f3n del proyecto es impactar en el despliegue de competencias emocionales y sociales de los y las estudiantes, mejorando la disposici\u00f3n al aprendizaje, el clima de aula y la convivencia escolar.\u00a0 El estudio estar\u00e1 focalizado en evaluar los distintos aspectos del programa de formaci\u00f3n de alumnos\/as l\u00edderes de educaci\u00f3n emocional, utilizando una metodolog\u00eda cualitativa cuyos resultados permitir\u00e1n
